WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER
0/20
A window air conditioner consists of several key spare parts that are essential for its operation. The compressor circulates refrigerant, while the evaporator and condenser coils function as heat exchangers, cooling and releasing heat, respectively. The thermostat regulates temperature, and the capacitor aids in starting the compressor and fan motor, which drives the fan blades to circulate air. The air filter traps dust, and the control board manages electrical functions. Temperature sensors monitor room conditions, while seals and gaskets ensure efficient cooling by preventing air leaks. Other important components include the drain pan for condensation, copper tubing for refrigerant flow, refrigerant itself, fan grilles for protection, and the power cord for electrical supply. Some units may also have a remote control for convenience. Together, these parts contribute to the effective functioning of the air conditioner.
